So. Aroostook students participating in the after-school program are now able to participate in the Ski for Life program offered at Big Rock Mountain in Mars Hill. The conditions were great for skiing last Thursday. Thank you to the So. Aroostook after-school program staff for creating this opportunity for our students.

Congratulations to So. Aroostook High School senior Brianna Daggett on her acceptance to the University of Maine at Augusta in the Pre-Dental program. She was awarded the Dean’s Academic Scholarship worth up to $12,000.
Also, Bri has been accepted to the University of Maine at Farmington in Liberal Arts where she has received a merit scholarship worth $8,000.
