Congratulations to So. Aroostook High School Senior Jennah Brooks on her acceptance to the University of Maine at Augusta in the Business Administration program and will received a Dean's Academic Scholarship for up to $12,000.
Jennah has also been accepted at Southern Maine Community College in the Business Administration program. Jennah has also been accepted to Keene State College and has earned a President's Scholarship for up to $30,000.

Congratulations to So. Aroostook High School Junior Bailey Vose on being selected as one of ten finalists from the State of Maine for the United States Senate Youth Program! Bailey, along with the other nine finalists from Maine, will attend an event later this month to interview with a panel of judges from Senator King’s, Senator Collin’s, and the Secretary of State’s office for the opportunity to move on this program.
We have the best lunch ladies! They made chocolate Halloween donuts for the the students today. It looks like they were enjoyed!
Students in Mrs. Brewers class have been learning about logging in the North Maine woods. They are also learning about some of the tools loggers used in the 1800’s. The tools are on display at the So. Aroostook Outdoor classroom.
