So. Aroostook Community School's Elaine Small was presented the Maine Recognizing Inspiring School Employees (RISE) Award from Maine Commissioner of Education Pender Makin today in Dyer Brook. Pictures included here are, Elaine receiving her award from Commissioner Makin and Elaine with some of her family members prior to the ceremony. Congratulations Elaine!



So. Aroostook High School Senior Drake Weston will be playing tomorrow at Oak Hill High School for the Northern Maine Moose Lacrosse Team. This is the first game of the regular season and the inaugural season for the Moose as an MPA sponsored team. Here is the schedule for the season. Good luck Drake!!



Mrs. York’s 5th grade hatched some spring chicks.


4th Graders in Mrs. Starrett's classroom learned about rock erosion and how rocks change over time. Students used sugar cubes to show how rocks decompose & change.



RSU 50 School Board will meet on Thursday April 27, 2023 to present and adopt the 2023-24 RSU 50 District Budget. The public is welcome to attend.
