Congratulations again to the So. Aroostook High School Girls basketball team and coaches Cliff Urquhart and Brandon McCarthy on winning the Aroostook League Championship last night 64-58 over Presque Isle. The team finished the season with a 15-1 record.

There will be a caravan the meets the team at the Smyrna Center Exit at 9:15 tonight! The caravan will go north on Route 2 to Smyrna, take a left at the four corners in Smyrna to Oakfield and then go to school.

Congratulations to So. Aroostook High School Senior Collin Grant on his acceptance to the Maine Energy Marketers Association’s Technical Education Center (MTEC), located in Brunswick, Maine. Collin has been accepted into the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Professional Training Program.
