So. Aroostook High School Senior Joshua Day participated in the Culinary Arts Program through the Region Two School of Applied Technology in Houlton. Josh earned his OHSA 10 and Servsafe certification while attending Region Two. Josh has also participated in a variety of community service projects including volunteering at the SACS Community Service Day and as a Camp Counselor at Camp Good News.
Josh plans to attend Eastern Maine Community College to study Culinary and to pursue a career as a chef. Josh is the son of Malinda Achorn & Bill Day.
