So. Aroostook High School Senior Peyton Lawlor participated in the Forest Management Program for two years and the Electrical Program for one year through the Region Two School of Applied Technology in Houlton and will be graduating with honors. Peyton is First Aid/CPR certified and has also received his OSHA 10 Certification. Peyton has also served on the Forest Management Advisory Board and served on the So. Aroostook Student Council for one year.
Peyton played basketball for two seasons and also played soccer for one season. Peyton also played baseball for one season and was a member of a team that earned a Regional Runner-Up trophy in 2021. Peyton has also participated in a variety of community service projects. Peyton has volunteered at the annual SACS Community Service Day. Peyton also cut firewood for free as part of the Forest Management Program.
Peyton has worked part-time at Nature Circle Farm, Sawyer Farm, Katahdin Forest Products, and Dudley Brook Guide Service. His future plans are to enter the workforce following graduation to work for Maine Northern Railway Company and also become a Registered Maine Guide. Peyton is the son of Chris and Hilary Lawlor.
