So. Aroostook High School Senior John Langer participated in the Forest Management Program for three years through the Region Two School of Applied Technology in Houlton and will be graduating with honors. John participated in Band his freshman year (guitar) and served as the varsity boys soccer manager his senior year.
John has also participated in a variety of community service projects. He has volunteered at the SACS Annual "Share the Warmth" Clothing Drive, the SACS Community Service Day, the SACS Food Pantry, and also at the Dyer Brook Community Church.
John’s future plans are to attend the University of Maine at Orono to earn a degree in Forestry. John is the son of Mark Cournoyer & Rosemary Langer.
